Project Title: To Develop Innovative Mechanism For Cardboard/Paper Cutting System

Solution Developed: The design and analysis of paper cutting machine mechanism will be very useful for small scale industries.Existing machines based has demerits like large in size, costly and need skilled labors to operate. But our mechanism will overcome these demerits by compact size, less cost & no need of skilled operator. For making paper cutting machine crank and slotted lever mechanism is used.

Project Title: To reduce the fuel consumption of diesel oil burner .

Solution Developed: To reduce the high diesel consumption following solutions are developed: 1. Pre-heated air -By supplying preheated air to burner, thermal efficiency can be increased. 2. Magnetic Fuel Conditioner -With the help of magnetic field, Proper combustion of fuel takes place.

Project Title: Supply Chain Management System for SpinForm Pvt. Ltd.

Solution Developed: We have developed a computerized system which will easily identify the available stock and manage the production process. Also the system will minimize the risk of under and over stocking of material.

Project Title: Web based Production and Business process lifecycle system for decision support for EKDANT PLASTICS

Solution Developed: Centralize orders from different channels to gain a better understanding of demand and aid in decisions for planning the production. Track the entire flow of manufacturing finished product right from raw materials to the finished product (LLDPE powder). Instant messaging for all the activities involved in the production life-cycle to the concerned people. Web based system to take intelligent decisions from anywhere 24/7. Improve real-time transparency for maintaining the stock.

Project Title: Automation of EN1000X2 rotomoulding machine using Arduino

Solution developed: project team decided to replace the components used in the control panel such as push buttons , MCB’s,contactors,lamps used in control panel using Arduino board , relay module (8 channel x 2) , tactile switches which will replace push buttons and led’s which will replace lamps (240 V).

Project Title: Industrial temperature controller using Arduino

Expected outcome: As the temperature controller measures till only a certain limitations, so we have to modify it with the help of Arduino and according to set value (reference value) the Controller compares the readings received from the sensor with this reference point in order to determine which effector is appropriate.

Project Title: Industrial Timer For EN1000X2 Roto-moulding Machine Using Arduino.

Expected outcome: Project team decided to convert currently used analog timer into a new digital timer. Which will make the system more flexible and easy to use. Also the cost of such timer is comparable with the cost of old(analog ) timer.

Project Title: Design & manufacturing of solar cooker with attachment of electrical heater & variable temperature cut off.

Solution developed : Our project team work on above mention problem. For working at night for more time, in that we can develop an electric heater for than the previous cooking time of solar cooker.

Project Title: special purpose solar moving cart

Expected outcome: from this project we can earn maximum 30,000rs per month.and it's suitable for middle class family.in order to deliver fresh food to the customer which are cooked in solar cooker.

Project Title: To design resonant induction heater as alternative for existing arc welding

Expected outcome:The proposed induction heating system offers advantages including a relatively simple power circuit, high power capability, simple protection circuits and higher efficiency. Additionally, the use of Resonant Switching technique allows semiconductor devices to be operated at much higher frequencies and with reduced control requirements compared with conventional switch mode operation.

Project Title: Online Monitoring of transformer earthing to calculate earth value.

Expected outcome:Project team has designed a system to detect the earth value of the transformer and also continuously monitor the earth value and it also reduce the cost of system and it also protect from damage the system.

Project Title: Developed a system to detect the oil level,oil indicator ,and overheating

Expected outcome:Project team has trying to designe a Ardino based system to detect the appropriate oil level in the transformer and the temperature rise in the existing system and it also reduce the cost of system and complexity in the system.

Project Title: Automatic Power Factor correction using Micontroller based GSM system

Progress of Project: The idea of automatic p.f correction is implemented and demo model is ready for use. The GSM technology is successfully working and it send message whenever the p.f is below prescribed range

Project Title: DEVELOPMENT OF CT TEMPERING

Expected outcome: The operating principle, frequency variation method and effect of power theft on the illegal consumer have been analyzed .

Project Title: Determination of voltage and current imbalance in transformer

Expected outcome:This project determine the imbalncing in transformer which increase the efficiency of transformer and protect the transformer from voltage and current imbalancing.
