Solution Developed: The design and analysis of paper cutting machine mechanism will be very useful for small scale industries.Existing machines based has demerits like large in size, costly and need skilled labors to operate. But our mechanism will overcome these demerits by compact size, less cost & no need of skilled operator. For making paper cutting machine crank and slotted lever mechanism is used.
Solution Developed: To reduce the high diesel consumption following solutions are developed: 1. Pre-heated air -By supplying preheated air to burner, thermal efficiency can be increased. 2. Magnetic Fuel Conditioner -With the help of magnetic field, Proper combustion of fuel takes place.

Solution developed: project team decided to replace the components used in the control panel such as push buttons , MCB’s,contactors,lamps used in control panel using Arduino board , relay module (8 channel x 2) , tactile switches which will replace push buttons and led’s which will replace lamps (240 V).
Expected outcome: As the temperature controller measures till only a certain limitations, so we have to modify it with the help of Arduino and according to set value (reference value) the Controller compares the readings received from the sensor with this reference point in order to determine which effector is appropriate.
Expected outcome: Project team decided to convert currently used analog timer into a new digital timer. Which will make the system more flexible and easy to use. Also the cost of such timer is comparable with the cost of old(analog ) timer.
Solution developed : Our project team work on above mention problem. For working at night for more time, in that we can develop an electric heater for than the previous cooking time of solar cooker.
Expected outcome: from this project we can earn maximum 30,000rs per month.and it's suitable for middle class family.in order to deliver fresh food to the customer which are cooked in solar cooker.

Expected outcome:Project team has designed a system to detect the earth value of the transformer and also continuously monitor the earth value and it also reduce the cost of system and it also protect from damage the system.
Expected outcome:Project team has trying to designe a Ardino based system to detect the appropriate oil level in the transformer and the temperature rise in the existing system and it also reduce the cost of system and complexity in the system.
Progress of Project: The idea of automatic p.f correction is implemented and demo model is ready for use. The GSM technology is successfully working and it send message whenever the p.f is below prescribed range
Expected outcome: The operating principle, frequency variation method and effect of power theft on the illegal consumer have been analyzed .
Expected outcome:This project determine the imbalncing in transformer which increase the efficiency of transformer and protect the transformer from voltage and current imbalancing.
